Statutory Information
Policies
As a multi-academy trust, Central Schools Trust continues to buy back into all HR Support from Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) and additionally keeps all extant terms and conditions intact and inline with SMBC policy changes.
The Central School Trust Board has therefore agreed that all extant and relevant SMBC policies will continue to be used as the point of reference for Central Schools Trust employees. For ease of use, the policies remain in their original wording; where SMBC is referred to in the text, Central Schools Trust employees should interpret this as relating to the Central Schools Trust. Further advice may always be gained from SMBC HR should this be required.
These policies are subject to SMBC consultation with relevant stakeholders should external legislation change.
If there is a policy that you require that is not published on the CST Website, then please feel free to contact the school by emailing (office@balsall-common.solihull.sch.uk) to request a copy.
